Shipping
The delivery time for shipments within Greece is 1-2 days while for Postal Codes within Greece that are defined as inaccessible areas are estimated at 2-3 days if there is availability in all products. For shipments abroad the time depends on the country of shipment.
Free for orders within Greece worth over 50€. In any other case within Greece, the shipping cost is 2.90€
Orders are charged with shipping costs depending on the weight of the order according to the current price list of the courier company we work with.

Payments
Payment is made before or upon delivery of the products in one of the following ways:
Upon delivery of your order you pay in cash to the employee of the Courier company, with a charge of € 2.90 per shipment.
Payment security is not only an obligation for us but is an end in itself. All online payments by credit / debit card or Paypal are made either in the secure protected environment of Piraeus Bank – which has taken over the card routing – or in the online Paypal payment platform and are protected by modern online security systems (SSL). which guarantee a secure trading environment. The Company uses certified systems and is in direct contact with the cooperating banks. All credit cards are accepted.
For purchases made by credit / debit card, the customer should follow the instructions found in this online store. The card will be charged upon verification and certification of the data and its validity. The customer is solely responsible for the correct recording and truth of his card details. In any case of purchase, the buyer must also be the holder of the card used for the respective transaction.
In case the buyer who makes the transaction is not the same person as the owner of the credit / debit card, the Company does not bear any responsibility and has no obligation to refund.

Returns
Return of products is accepted only in the following cases:

The products must be returned in excellent condition, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition. Refunds are made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products by us. The refund to the customer will be made by deposit in a bank account.
If the product is damaged or damaged during transport, we offer you the possibility of replacement or refund within 30 days. The return to replace the product should be done together with the receipt and its complete packaging.
If the delivered product is not the one you chose, it can be returned for replacement. In this case the cost of the return will be on us.
